Template to display a quote tweet, i.e. a tweet that quotes another tweet. For ordinary tweets use {{tweet}}.
Sample usage:
date parameter should be reformatted to look like:
1 Jan 1970 or Jan 1, 1970.
Tweeter One @tweeter1 I totally disagree! Only the Mildly Spotty Party is a serious contender in this election.
